May Month in Review

May came in at 7 hours and 30 minutes. All of it on WoW. That has to be an all-time low for me, and honestly, I'm not sure how I even got that much in.

What time I did have went into the warlock, since that's the plan I committed to earlier this month. A little more Zul'Aman and Harati renown, a handful of delves, and a few short sessions of poking around to make sure I still remember how everything works. Nothing dramatic. Nothing finished. But the time wasn't wasted either. The warlock kept inching forward, which is about the best I can ask for right now.  I need to figure out how to work on Voidstorm/Singularity renown at some point, because the event there that used to give out decent amounts no longer seems well attended at all.

The rest of May was family logistics. DJ graduated from Carnegie Mellon. Jake graduated from high school. Two graduations in two states in the same month is a fun puzzle to solve when you're also trying to sell a house. Jake's graduation party was on the 24th. The movers arrived on the 28th. The truck delivered to storage on the 29th. We vacated the house on the 31st and moved into our temporary apartment that same day. None of that left much room for grinding renown.

June isn't going to be any better. I'm driving DJ up to Boston June 8-11 to get him into his place for the IBM job. Then I turn around and drive Jake to Phoenix, June 15-21, to get him moved in for ASU. The movers load us up on the 22nd, and we head out to Phoenix on the 23rd with the dog. That's not a play time month. That's an everything-else month.

So expect another light one next time around. Things should start to settle by July, at which point I plan to get reacquainted with my warlock and possibly remember which buttons do damage.

That's it for now!

Cheers!

Joar
